About Our Chief Appraiser: Mark Novell, SRA

Mark Novell, SRA is a state-certified appraiser an has been appraising residential properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2001.  In 2009, he was awarded the prestigous SRA designation (Senior Residential Appraiser) from the Appraisal Institute, which is the leading private association for appraisal professionals.  Less than 1% of all licensed appraisers hold the SRA designation.  Additionally, Mr. Novell holds an active real estate sales license.  Being both an appraiser and a Realtor® gives valuable insight to every aspect of residential real estate.  Mr. Novell is also a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers, National Association of Realtors®, and the Arlington Board of Realtors®.
